What BuildMyLease does

What BuildMyLease does not do
- Provide legal advice or legal recommendations
- Guarantee that a generated document is enforceable in any specific situation
- Replace review by a licensed attorney where appropriate
- Track changes in state or federal law between the time you purchase and the time you use the document
What counts as "legal advice"
For the purposes of this disclaimer, "legal advice" includes any communication that:

Communications that look like legal advice
BuildMyLease, our support staff, and any chatbot, automated email, or other tool on our site are not licensed to practice law and are not authorized to provide legal advice. If you receive a communication from us — by email, chat, phone, or any other channel — that appears to give legal advice about your specific situation, that communication is not authorized by LaLa Solutions LLC, is not binding on us, and should be disregarded.
